Chapter Info:
Helle’s theme for the 2009-2010 year is “Continuing the Legacy” and we are
off to a great start! We began the club year with the installation of
officers followed by a Meet and Greet in September. Our Lt. District
Governor, Jackie Anas performed the installation ceremony. In conjunction
with our Meet and Greet, we held a successful “Back Pack Drive” and
collected 22 back packs and a variety of school supplies, which were then
donated to a local Head start program. We also recruited 15 new sisters at
that time and continue to receive more applications for membership. We look
forward to having our new sisters join with us in advancing our ideals as
Daughters of Penelope and continuing the legacy that began with the first
chapter, Eos.

Chapter meetings are generally held once a month, either on the third Sunday
at 12:30 p.m. or on the third Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the Meletis-Charuhas
Community Center of Saint Katherine’s Greek Orthodox Church
